I must tell you that Jamie is a pleasure to work with. She is always on top of things when/if a problem arises. She is very good at what she does.

She is a saint.

I have worked with Jamie Landry and have found her to be very cordial, efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. Jamie is quick to respond to my emails or phone calls and can answer any questions I may have. It is a pleasure to work with Jamie.

Maureen does a super job!

This is WAY overdue!!! I wanted to share with the both of you how I feel about Maureen. She has been so patience with me through the years and I know that the first year or so I had soooo many questions etc…. She has walked along side of me since the beginning and has always been available without complaining or having a negative attitude. She calls me back in a timely manner, she answers my emails in a timely manner plus she takes the time in her business to trouble shoot with me on how we can improve our process. She willing to give me her thoughts and we come up with solutions together. She has my back and that is so important when it comes to teamwork. I hope that our working relations will continue for years to come. Thank to all of you at RSG for being there for me!!!!

Just to let you know it has been a pleasure to work with Ms. Bowles in your organization. She was always prompt in replying to any of our questions and very helpful in helping us accomplish our transaction.

I would like to tell you that Stephanie Bowles is doing a fantastic job for Donovan Controls. She corrected my mistake a couple of weeks ago and unlocked my account yesterday. She helped me both times less than an hour after I contacted her. Stephanie never makes me feel like I am wasting her time and I always feel she is happy to help me. We have been with Stephanie since January 2010. Stephanie helped us set up the account by phone, answering any questions along the way. She is exactly what I hope for in customer service but never really receive.

Stephanie has done a fantastic job on helping me with the information needed for myself. When I send her emails with questions, she reply’s back very quickly. I just want you to know that I’m very satisfied with her performance and your company should feel lucky to have her on board.

I just wanted to drop a quick note letting you know how much of a pleasure it is to work with Stephanie! She has never failed to be anything less than prompt and helpful anytime I need it! Having her available to me eases any worries I may have about 401k related tasks… because I know she has my back and will not allow me to screw things up too bad…haha! Her cheerful and willing attitude is refreshing!

Just wanted you to know that I had a small issue with a 401k submission today and Travis responded so quickly. I have been impressed with Stephanie Bowles in the past. Your team gives incredible customer service!

I worked with Travis this morning on my account, he is newly assigned to us. He was very helpful in helping me with the issues I was having. And was able to give me all the information I needed.
